Return Policy

Conditions for Returns

All return requests must be authorized by our customer service before shipping to our distribution center. Please read our return policy below first.


In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

(1) The return request needs to be communicated in under 7days of receiving the order

(2) Returns must be in the state your customer received them(unwashed, unworn, unused, and unaltered).

(3) The Goods are in the original packaging.

(4) Damage, defective, or incorrect items should be reported within 2 days of delivery.(Note: if such items are not reported in a timely fashion, we will not issue store credit.

 

The following Goods cannot be returned:

(1)The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized(e.g. customized jewelry).

(2)The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery(e.g. bodysuits, swimwear, underwear).

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should not send the Goods before submit a return request to customer service to obtain the return address.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

(1) Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after your item(s) are received at our Distribution Center.

(2)Refunds:The refund will be issued to your fulfilmentchina Credit Account. You can either use Credits to pay for new order or withdraw it to the original account/card you paid earlier.

(3) Nihao Dropshipping does not provide pre-paid return labels.

(4) Customers need to pay the shipping fee for the returned and exchanged items.

Return process

(1) Please contact us first to request a return, explain the problem in detail and provide photos or videos of the defective product.

(2) Return the products in the state your customer received them to our distribution center.

(3) Provide tracking number / URL / return shipping fees/ shipping receipt / logistics information image for returned packages to us.

(4) Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after your item(s) are received at our Distribution Center.
